Important instructions: Please note that the complete TeamMBA package includes 6 components. Once we receive the Application form, we will establish an admission file for you. Submit the application, essay, and resume as a complete package. You will need to request your transcripts from your previous college or university registrar(s) and schedule yourself to take the GMAT exam. Your immunization record can be submitted later. Your application is not complete and cannot be considered until all six components of the application package are received.

- 1 Application Form
- Please complete the online application* for graduate admission at https://www.applyweb.com/apply/mbangscu/ . Students who choose to apply using the paper application should submit the completed application form and a check or money order made payable to NGCSU in the amount of $40.
Application Fee
A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $40 must accompany new graduate applications.
- 2 Transcript Request Form
- Please complete the Transcript Request Form and use it to request one official copy of each transcript from your college or university registrar(s).
- 3 Certificate of Immunization
- If your records are not available, a Titer test, available through your physician or local health department, may be used to confirm the required immunities. Note that exemptions may apply on religious or medical grounds.
Download the NGCSU certificate of immunization and have completed by health care provider.
- 4 Submit Official GMAT Score
- GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Council) test scores must be sent to the Office of Graduate Admissions directly by the responsible testing agency and can be no more than six years old. Indicate Institutional Code #5497 when taking the GMAT, or see the GMAT website for instructions on ordering additional official score reports. Unofficial scores and student copies are not considered official.
- 5 Write and Submit an Essay
- Write and submit an essay in which you articulate your career goals and describe the role the master of business administration degree will play in your achievement of those goals. Please submit the essay online* or by mail or fax.
